You can start with a free online training session.
Whether you want to use a laptop, iPad, or your phone, you will need to open an account with Zoom. This is easy and free to do. Most of my clients use their phones. I can send you free instruction setup if you need help.
Prior to your session, I send an email to my client that has a link. This logs you into the Zoom meeting. This is what you see when you first click the link to join the online training class.
At the bottom left, you see a little microphone that has a red line through it. This means I will not hear you until you click on the microphone. Same with the video camera that is right next to the microphone. You will click this to allow video, so I can see you.
I show videos of the exercises that we will be doing ahead of time. On Zoom, we go through sets and reps together, as I watch your form just as if I were to train you in person. I give you direction on your movement, making sure you are performing the exercise with proper form.
If you are going to use a cell phone to do your Zoom online training class, I would highly recommend getting a Tripod. After our class, you can get a copy of the workout to do on your own.
People that have tried online training are surprised at the quality of the workout that they can get. As well as how fun, easy, and convenient it can be.
It might take a few sessions to get the hang of it. No need to worry about not keeping up with others. This is your workout! Go at your pace.
